Craig Nichols is the President & CEO of Visionael Corporation. With more than 18 years of experience in the tech industry spanning across different verticals, he has demonstrated his leadership and drive, leveraging his technical knowledge to lead projects that fulfill market needs and contribute to organizational growth. With a proven track record of spearheading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve success, he continues this tradition at Visionael.
Prior to joining Visionael, he served as the senior vice president of worldwide field operations for TRADOS, where he helped the company complete a merger to become the leader in the globalization software space. Before TRADOS, Nichols held the role of partner/vice president at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he had one of the fastest progressions to partner in the firm's history. Nichols has also held product marketing and R&D positions at Hewlett-Packard and KLA Tencor, overseeing strategic elements of product development and marketing.
Craig Nichols earned his Bachelor of Science degree in optical engineering from the University of Rochester and his M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. He's also completed graduate work in engineering economic systems at Stanford University.

Leo Palmberg is the vice president of product management. He brings extensive knowledge in the areas of change management and telecom process development and restructuring.
Prior to his position at Visionael, Palmberg was the co-founder, CEO and co-owner of Defero AB, a startup based in Sweden focused on OSS solutions that enable automation of telecom operations. During his time there, Palmberg was responsible for all sales and project management. He played a critical role in formulating the company's strategy, resulting in profitability only two years after the company was started. He also held various sales and management positions at Utfors AB, one of the world's first MPLS-based service providers, as well as at Upnet AB, an established systems integrator in the Nordic region that was later acquired by Merkantildata.
Palmberg studied mechanical engineering/industrial organization at Chalmers University of Technology.

Greg Pottebaum is the vice president of research and development at Visionael Corporation where he was one of the original technical founders of the company responsible for the development of the original and current Visionael solutions. He has held a variety of management positions at Visionael (and its predecessor AGS), in most of which he was directly responsible for the development of network management and engineering automation software.
At his current role, Pottebaum spearheads product development, quality assurance, technical support and IT at Visionael. With 18 years of experience in computer-aided design (CAD), network resource management (NRM) and network transformation applications, he leverages his extensive experience architecting effective business solutions to meet the growing needs of Visionael customers.
Prior to founding Visionael, Pottebaum served as the director of product development at BruningCAD, introducing turnkey products that resulted in the company's profitability. He also served as director of product development at Grafcon, responsible for engineering the company's EasyDraf2 software. As a technical manager at Star Manufacturing, he was instrumental in the design, development and implementation of a system for automating the engineering design and documentation of metal buildings.
Pottebaum earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees in architectural engineering from Oklahoma State University-Stillwater.

Maggie Tam is the chief financial officer for Visionael Corporation and is responsible for streamlining all the accounting and financial processes that helped the company achieve significant fiscal growth and profitability. Tam is responsible for all functions of Visionael's finance and accounting department, including investor relations, budget planning and treasury operations.
Tam has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, working primarily in the enterprise software, hardware, manufacturing and consumer goods industries. A highly skilled financial professional, Tam has served as CFO of companies including A&D, Uniscape and Specialized Bicycle, setting the company direction and infrastructure for growth. Tam has been part of the executive team and has acted as a business partner to the respective CEOs, providing them with trusted economic and business counsel, as well as successful strategies for growth.
A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Women in Technology International (WITI), Tam is an active participant in the accounting and high-tech communities. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. Tam also holds an S.E.P. from Stanford University and a California CPA license.
